Returns and Shipping

• Free shipping across India on orders above INR 1199/-, otherwise standard shipping charges of INR 80/- are applied.
• Shipping charges are applicable for International Shipping ( INR 3000/-). 
• Kindly allow us 5-7 business days to ship the order to you within India and upto 15 business days to deliver at international address.
• All of our product undergoes quality checks before it is placed for shipping.
• Your order deliveries may get delayed subject to disruptions caused by COVID-19 pandemic or government regulations. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• Products once sold can ONLY be exchanged/refunded if there is any manufacturing defect/damage in the product and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.  
• In the unfortunate case of any damage to the product, kindly inform us along with photos and unboxing video of the product and package within 24 hours of receipt. 
• Kindly note that complaints related to damages/missing product will not be entertained without an unboxing video right from opening the outer package till showing the jewelry, without any pause or cut.
• Our return and exchange policy are however subject to the below conditions:

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition with all tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. If the returns are damaged/used/missing, then they will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Once your return request is approved, then your refund amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.

  PROCEDURE  FOR  REPLACEMENT/REFUND.

•  Kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] with the details of the product you want to get replaced along with the picture of the manufacturing defect. We will revert within 24 working hours on this.
